Counselling can be a scary thing. We applaud you for making it this far!

Here’s what you can expect from us. Prior to our first session we will email you an intake form. Please complete forms before we meet; if you have any questions feel free to reach, or we can go over them together during our first meeting.

Sessions take place in a comfortable office in the neighbourhood of Sunalta, Calgary. Parking is located at the back of the building for $2/hr. There is also ample street parking along 16th ave or in the neighbourhood. When you arrive simply scroll through the door buzzer and find UNLOCKING HOPE, press the “call” button and we will buzz you in. We are located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator and stairs. Please note that although our office space is wheelchair accessible, the bathrooms are not.

Together we will determine what each sessions will focus on. You are the expert of your life, and we are honoured to walk with you through this journey.

Sessions last for 60 minutes, unless otherwise scheduled. Payment is appreciated at the end of the session. Payments can be made with cash, cheque, or e-transfer
