What can I expect during my first session?
During your first session your therapist will spend some time getting to know you. Your therapist will go over your rights as a client, the risks of counselling and confidentiality. Together we will talk about your concerns, history, and goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
